Ham's Seed is a book that was designed to assist parents in teaching their children about obedience to God and then to those who are in charge. Each lesson has a short story that included Bible references , an activity, discussion section, and a prayer. The stories are all from the Bible. The stories include the stories of Adam and Eve, Noah and his sons, Nimrod, Abraham, and his family along with several others. The discussions really have some interesting questions . As a family we enjoyed this book especially the discussion sections. Through the discussion sessions we learned how each other had different views and feelings. The activities were fun too; one of the activities was for us to build an ark out of cardboard.
I would recommend Ham's Seed to all families . The stories are short, but they get to the point about obedience. The discussions have really helped our family to grow stronger. The book is very thorough. I am happy with it just as it is. If you are looking for a way to teach your children about obedience, this book is for you.
