The Penny Candy Press division of Brighter Minds Media makes these cute little board books for little learners! Both Mommy Loves Me and Daddy Loves Me are visually stimulating with brightly colored, foil-embossed illustrations as well as simple but engaging text that little ones will love having read to them again and again. The stories focus on the typical day of a family through the eyes of a little one--from eating breakfast to baking cookies to helping with chores.
These board books are perfectly sized for little hands at approximately 5"x5", and they have heavy-duty pages that will last.
I thought these were nice books. I found it interesting that during the course of the day in the "Daddy" book they didn't mention him trotting off to work, but they did in the "Mommy" book. (Maybe just my odd observation?)
All in all, these are cute books for wee ones that would make nice gifts.
