Easy Daily Plans is a wonderful resource for parents and teachers of children who are preschool age. Included in this 400-page book is a complete year of ideas and activities to enrich your child's learning experience. The beginning of each chapter lists monthly and weekly celebrations, holidays, and other important dates to consider in the planning of your lessons. Each lesson includes activities for group time, learning centers, and additional activities. Also included are ideas for story time, transitions, and snacks.

The book can be used as a guide for teaching your child each month of your school year, beginning in September and ending in August. Or it can be used as a resource only when you need ideas for activities that pertain to a certain holiday or topic. This resource is written with the preschooler in mind, ages 3-5. Since it uses a multi-sensory approach to teaching, this resource can be used with a variety of learners. It can be used in an individual home setting or in a group setting, such as a co-op class or a traditional classroom setting.

This product is very easy to use and is full of applicable ideas for your preschooler. The structure of the book is such that you can find a topic very easily and use the ideas that are most appropriate for your setting. Certain activities and ideas obviously are more applicable to students in a traditional classroom setting, such as creating signs to welcome students to their new school and offering transition activities to move from one center to another.

This is a resource that I will enjoy using. Given the amount of ideas and activities contained in this book, it is a definite asset to our library.
