What was the Ice Age? What was it like? What kind of animals roamed the earth then? Michael and Beverly Oard answer those questions in Uncovering the Mysterious Wooly Mammoth. This 72-page book is crammed from cover to cover with biblically sound answers to all of the questions above and more. This book is not written as a textbook but could easily be used as one. This book covers the life of Tungus and his Tribe as they search for a better and not-so-cold home. It describes how the wooly mammoths lived and, eventually, went instinct.
Michael and Beverly Oard give vivid detail to the story they created, and they answer many puzzling questions about the Ice Age with sound reasoning. Uncovering the Mysterious Woolly Mammoth does not give answers with an evolutionary worldview. Every chapter has a very useful Fact Box that lists certain facts about the Ice Age.
I definitely recommend it for young readers or mothers to younger ones.
