Claudia Ward believes that women can change the world. But first, she argues, God must change women from within. Drawing on examples from the Bible, famous women, ordinary women, and stories from her own life, Ward demonstrates the impact that faithful women can have on the Kingdom of God.

Even though my own preference is for books that are more scholarly and weighty, I found encouragement in the stories of other women and was called anew "to be transformed by the renewing of [my] mind" (Rom. 12:2).
