The Scarves mini kit was a real surprise for my family. When we first received these I was unsure as to what or how these would add to our days. However, I quickly found out that this product was to be a huge hit with my children and myself.

Included in the package are twelve 27" scarves. The scarves are washable, lightweight nylon and are extremely colorful. There are blue, red, orange, green, yellow, and purple scarves. Also included are a musical cd and a small instructional guide listing many different ways to use the scarves. Suggested activities include making costumes, using as scenery in puppet shows, using to teach how to braid, encouraging dance, and many more.

So, what happened with my kids you ask? I handed them each several of the scarves and started the music cd . They immediately loved it! They created different dances, which was great for exercising. They then spent several hours creating plays using these scarves as costumes. Even our dog got in on the action as the dog with the coat of many colors. The scarves were a very good outlet for the kids' creativity. They still continue to come up with new ideas for the scarves each day.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this kit to other families. The scarves are inexpensive and great quality. They continue to bring hours of creative play and exercise to our days.
