Icosuku Jr. is the slightly easier version of the award winning Icosuku. Icosuku Jr. is a mathematical reasoning game for early elementary age students. It combines principles of mathematical games like Sudoku and magic squares with moveable tiles. The player removes all the triangle tiles with dots on the corners, some of which are filled in, and the number pegs from the geometric ball base. Then all the number pegs are randomly inserted into the base. Each number will have a possibility of five corners facing the number. The player needs to make sure that there are no more colored dots than the specified number by snapping the triangular pieces into the base.

Icosuku Jr. requires a child to think critically about which triangles to place where, so all the triangles and numbers match. Although only the numbers 1-4 are presented, it is challenging enough to make the child think without being overly difficult and discouraging. This is a great game for the car because every game is different and it travels easily. It is also great for beginning addition and subtraction practice in a fun way. I love this game.
