If you want to giggle with your husband or homeschool friends or if you want to cheer up a discouraged homeschool mom, I can't think of a better way than to grab a copy of Todd Wilson's The Official Book of Homeschooling Cartoons.

Not only is Todd a homeschool dad - and therefore, married to a homeschool mom - he is a former Baptist minister and a cartoonist. So, having lived the life, who better to create such truth-telling funnies as those which go with such captions as: "It was another hard day of homeschooling at the Miller house. 'Oh look, you made my favorite...Frosted Flakes, again;'" "A homeschool mom's field of dreams (the curriculum fair) 'Is this Heaven?'" Or better yet, a young boy standing at the door with a greeting for dad, "Welcome home Dad! Mom's in the closet crying, the toilet overflowed, and the dog threw-up on the carpet!"

Haven't we ALL lived those days? Well, Todd and his family have too. What a great little book to have handy to make ourselves giggle at the end of a rough day. We all deserve this one!
