This month we have been spending a lot of time at the hospital with my mother-in-love. She is battling aggressive breast cancer. I have been reading Shepherding a Child’s Heart in my spare moments. If we are not teaching our children to spend time in prayer, Bible reading, and Scripture memorization, their hearts will not be able to give forth the fruit of the Spirit.
