The first is an exposition of the important reasons to homeschool, including benefits to the mind, body and soul. The companion volume is a Bible study, which I thought was a really clever idea. It examines Scripture, your life experience, your thoughts and reflections to help you sort out the issues of homeschooling. This would be a great study to go through with those considering homeschooling, or even those who are asking themselves why they should continue. The introspection called for is deep!

Life as a homeschooling parent can be difficult at times but this book reminds us of the eternal significance of our job to train up children spiritually and academically. This would be a great product for homeschool support groups, Bible studies, to study with your spouse, or on your own.
