History Speaks: Executive Branch of The Government (for grades 4-8), I was hoping for another good experience. But my hopes were not too high, as this prickly subject has not been one of my favoritesto teach.

Yet once again - TLC delivers! With TLC's straightforward, and "start from the basics" approach, learning is fun, and most importantly, understood and remembered! My oldest daughter has been zipping through this workbook (which is absolutely beautiful, by the way, you should see the gorgeous picture on the cover!), and really retaining the subject matter. This is a noticeable difference from some of the other tedious and monotonous sources we have tried. For a government class, this workbook is the best we've come across. And it includes an answer key, which thrills me. I DO NOT like having to do all the lessons myself in order to grade my child's homework. I graduated from high school, and I figure I shouldn't HAVE to do it all over again. So thanks, TLC, for making this a great resource for both of us!
