My seven-year-old daughter and seven-year-old nephew were enthralled throughout the entire production (46 minutes, which is about a perfect length for little ones). My husband asked them questions about the Revolutionary War after the film, and we were pleased that they had retained key bits of information.

The production features kids re-enacting battle after battle, but no worries. It's humorous, not at all violent. The sound production could have been a bit better, but overall the film's quality is good. It gets a little silly in some spots, but kids love silly. Combining learning and laughter is not necessarily a bad thing! George Washington, Betsy Ross, Paul Revere, the Boston Tea Party, the signing of the Declaration of Independence - it's all there. Enjoyable.
