Grandma's Wisdom is a very sweet, hard cover storybook. Susan Fuller has put together some very special stories, on these sturdy pages, about our daily walk with the Lord, the faith of children and appreciating our elders and their wisdom. The book starts with some information on the Amish, and follows with the story "Joy". "Joy" is a beautiful story on inner beauty, and being 'different' (or 'set apart'). This story is shared between a Grandmother and granddaughter, and illustrates the comfort the Holy Spirit gives. The stories follow up with some excellent questions to discuss, and share with. Following are five pages of wonderful paper dolls, for children to color in and decorate. (on the inside back cover is a sturdy pouch to carry your paper dolls in) The story "Faith" is next, and it tells of a little boy, who gets separated from his family, alone and scared he searches for them! After reuniting with his family, he shares with Grandma, how alone and scared he felt. Grandma shares God's reassuring word with him, in Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not, for I am with you, do not be afraid, for I am your God." A wonderful story and reference to the reassurance that God is always with us!

This is a beautifully written story (adorable paper dolls) and priceless lessons! Highly recommended!
