This is an excellent phonics system that draws the new reader in with its colorful workbooks, flashcards, and fun sing-a-long CD. Frontline Phonics, a large program, is not a supplemental fluency kit at all. On the contrary, this system will TEACH your child to read. It's all you need to get them reading, and in short order. My daughter squealed with delight when it arrived at our front door and could not wait to get her hands on it! Within days, she was excelling at letter recognition, and various sounds, and enjoying the workbook, which allowed her to practice her letters. We think it's an excellent program and highly recommend it to homeschoolers!
