Kate Kessler has been in charge of product reviews for The Old Schoolhouse® Magazine for over nine years. She is delighted to be a part of the amazing TOS Homeschool Crew! She has been married for almost 20 years and has five beautiful children, ages 17 to 9. They have always homeschooled. She rejoices in the mercy of her Savior, Jesus Christ, and is grateful for every day of life. Kate’s mission is to glorify God in all she does, and to live in the light of His mercy.
Marcy Crabtree

Marcy has spent nearly 15 years as an Ob nurse, sometimes juggling homeschooling with the job she calls her first ministry. Grateful that her main ministry today is at home, she has been married to Tom for 14 years, and is the proud momma to 11-year-old Ben. Her homeschool style is delight-directed (just a hair shy of unschooling), using mostly unit studies, and greatly influenced by Charlotte Mason?s love of living books. As a part of the TOS team, Marcy helps spread the word about the TOS Crew through social media outlets, as well as contributing to the Homeschool Crew blog. She enjoys sharing curriculum and product reviews and offering encouragement to homeschool families through her blog and occasional speaking engagements.
